Freshman (2010-11): Appeared in 31 of 39 games...Recorded his first collegiate point assisting on Rick Schofield’s game-winning goal during a 3-1 victory over Northern Michigan (11/6)...Notched three of his five points during a five-game stretch from Dec. 4 through Jan. 15...Totaled 50 blocked shots.

Prior to LSSU: Was the first Nebraska native to play for the Lincoln Stars of the United States Hockey League...Contributed two goals and four assists while serving as the Stars’ captain in 2009-10...Also played four seasons with Shattuck-St. Mary’s.

Personal: Son of Rick and Mitzi Bruneteau...A 2008 Shattuck St. Mary's graduate...Planning to major in Exercise Science.
