Broncos Set to Battle No. 1 Miami in CCHA Action This Weekend

Western Michigan welcomes the No. 1 team in the nation to Lawson Ice Arena of Friday and Saturday night. Both games are slated for 7:35 p.m. Fans are encouraged to come early on Saturday due to a sold-out event at Miller Auditorium at 8 p.m.

Riley Gill made 40 saves and Patrick Nagorsen made the game-winning goal 59 seconds in to the third period as the Western Michigan Broncos defeated Lake Superior State, 2-1, in front of 2,659 fans on Military Appreciation Night at Lawson Ice Arena on Saturday.
